What this covers

This policy covers this website only. Flowstate the product has not launched yet, so the only thing happening here is a waitlist signup form and basic traffic measurement.

What we collect

Your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form and submit it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored against you. We do not ask for your name, school, age or phone number.

We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That is aggregate traffic data — page views, rough location, device type. It is not tied to your waitlist email, and it only runs if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Cookies

Nothing non-essential is stored on your device until you choose. The banner itself records one item in your browser’s local storage — your accept or reject decision — so we do not ask again. That record is strictly necessary and never leaves your browser.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell repeat visits apart. If you reject, they are never set, and any that already exist are deleted.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing removes the analytics cookies and reloads the page without the tracking script.

Why we collect it

To email you once when Flowstate opens for beta access, and to send occasional updates about that launch. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell your email, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to any third party for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Waitlist emails are stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Neon. Access is limited to the people building Flowstate.

How long we keep it

Until Flowstate launches and you have been notified, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, the waitlist is deleted.

Getting your data removed

Email hello@tryflowstate.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove it. We will delete the record and confirm. You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it. If the change is significant and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you by email.
